Location Complex is approximately 1 km from the world famous Temple of Apollo and 1.5km from the centre of Didim, with its vast array of shops and eating houses. The resort of Altinkum is a 10 minute ride away on the developments free shuttle bus. The nearest beach is less than 1km away, which also has a nightly market during the summer months. Construction Schedule Construction is due to commence on 30th March 2008 and is due to finish in March 2009 ready for the summer season. Payment Terms We offer a refundable reservation fee policy which enables you to hold an apartment for up to 30 days without actually committing to the purchase. This enables you to view the development and do further due diligence prior to signing your contract and paying your first instalment. Only 10% of your reservation fee is retained by Developer as an administration charge. We will accept verbal reservations which are valid for 72 hours. The refundable reservation fee is €3,000 and should accompany a signed reservation form which is available upon request. This reservation fee is deducted from your first instalment. After 30 days of receipt of your reservation form and cheque, the reservation fee becomes non-refundable. Option 1 (Full purchase price) 40% within 30 days of contract, 40% upon completion of the roof of your apartment building, 20% upon completion . Option 2 (£500 discount) 60% within 30 days, 20% upon completion of the roof of your apartment building, 20% on completion . Option 3 (£1,000 discount) 90% within 30 days and 10% upon completion . COSTS AND FEES You will need to allow for the following fees: • Solicitors fees: €435 (£300) • Aegean Army clearance: €290 (£200) • Translator: €130 (£90) • Notary: €102 (£70) • Power of attorney: €174 (£120) • Electrical connection: €181 (£125) • Water connection: €275 (£190) • Snagging (Optional): €181 (£125) You will also need to pay the Buyers Tax of 1.5% of the sale price. The above fees will need to be paid on signing of the contract. There will be no more additional fees or charges. Property Management The developer can organise, source and manage your rentals for you. Phase One of this development was sold within three months of its launch (June 2007) with many clients visiting the site and now watching their apartments being built to high standards and everyone is excited about the completion of the project.
